It’s Been So Long!
WOW! It’s been so long since I’ve even visited this site. I don’t even know how long, but definitely over a year. So what’s been happening? Well…Life. Life’s been happening. The kids are getting older. We’re entering new phases of life. We’re confronted with new challenges. As we grow, mature and gain more and more experience in life and in ministry our perspectives change as well.
It’s 12:46 am, I’m up thinking, meditating, praying and considering all the things that have changed for me and for my family since the last time I wrote an entry. While so many things have changed, other things have not. What hasn’t changed you ask? Well, God’s love for me hasn’t changed. God’s faithfulness towards me hasn’t changed. The amazing way that He just seems to come through right when we need Him to hasn’t changed. It is so reassuring to know that although life may bring so many changes, there can be one constant in our lives. And that constant is GOD!
As I attempt to pick this blogging thing up again, I hope and pray that I can share just how truly amazing God is. Not once has He failed me. Not once has He let me down. Not once has he left me, forsaken me or abandoned me and I know that He’s not about to do it now. Although robsjourney, my journey, never ended, my sharing of that journey ended for a time. But now, I resume the endeavor of giving you a glimpse of my journey.
